The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel is set to welcome several new retailers, including the renowned athletic apparel brand Lululemon.

This expansion aims to enhance the shopping experience at the 800,000-square-foot open-air center.

In addition to Lululemon, the mall will introduce other notable brands such as Kendra Scott, a jewelry and accessories retailer.

These additions are part of a broader initiative by TriGate Capital, the mall's owner, to refresh and diversify the tenant mix.

According to recent reports, the new retailers are expected to open their doors in the coming months, with some aiming for a June 2026 launch.

These developments reflect the mall's commitment to staying current and appealing to a broad range of shoppers.

Located at the intersection of State Road 56 and Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, the Shops at Wiregrass has been a central hub for the Wesley Chapel community since its opening in 2008.

With over 100 tenants, including anchors like Macy's, Dillard's, and JCPenney, the mall offers a diverse shopping and dining experience.

The addition of Lululemon and other upscale retailers is expected to attract more visitors and provide a wider array of options for the community.

As Wesley Chapel continues to grow, the mall's proactive approach to updating its offerings ensures it remains a vibrant and relevant destination for residents and visitors alike.
