SoFresh, a rapidly expanding healthy food franchise, is set to open its doors at 170 Mariner Blvd in Spring Hill, Florida.

Founded by University of Florida graduate John Williams, the restaurant emphasizes chef-crafted warm bowls, salads, and wraps made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Spring Hill residents can look forward to signature warm bowls like the Bangkok, featuring Asian garlic noodles, shredded kale, mushrooms, onions, almonds, and teriyaki sauce.

Other options include the Power bowl, combining red quinoa with lemon, brown rice with parsley, carrots, shredded kale, raisins, almonds, goat cheese, and kale-basil pesto, and the Comfort bowl, which offers red quinoa with lemon, brown rice with parsley, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, goat cheese, and kale-basil pesto.

In addition to these offerings, SoFresh provides a variety of salads, wraps, and other healthy choices.

The new SoFresh location will join a vibrant community of businesses along Mariner Boulevard.

Notably, a new Publix Super Market recently opened at 160 Mariner Blvd, just a stone's throw away from the upcoming SoFresh.

This 48,387-square-foot store features full-service bakery, deli, seafood, and pharmacy departments, along with an upstairs seating area designed for on-site dining.

Additionally, the area has seen significant residential growth.

The Deeb Family, Florida's oldest custom home builder, broke ground on The Villas at Seven Hills, a new 55+ community located on Mariner Boulevard next to the YMCA in Spring Hill.
